Judy Spielman is a native of Philadelphia and earned a B.A. in interior design from Moore College of Art and Design. She began designing kitchens in 1980 and established Space By Spielman Ltd. in 1987. Judy is very active in the foodservice industry and has served on various professional boards. She has guest-lectured at Temple University, the Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College, Drexel University, and the Culinary Art Institute of Philadelphia. She stays current with industry trends by participating regularly in industry trade shows, lectures, and forums.
